We provide general information about cost transformation, AI and our services. Website content is not tailored professional, legal, financial or investment advice. Obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances before acting on it. We aim to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that every page is complete or current.

Engagements and outcomes

An enquiry does not create a client relationship or commit either party to work. Scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality, intellectual property and liability for consulting services will be agreed separately in writing.

Project examples describe Tom’s experience in previous roles, as identified on the site. Historic outcomes do not guarantee future results. Identified opportunities are not the same as realised savings. Indicative timelines depend on scope, data readiness, client decisions and implementation conditions.

Permitted use

You may browse the site and share links for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, scrape personal information or use the site to send spam. Security testing requires prior written permission.

Content and intellectual property

CostDynamics.ai content and branding are owned by us or used with permission, except where another owner is identified. Third-party software and fonts remain subject to their licences. You may retain a copy for personal or internal reference with attribution. Commercial republication or use of our branding requires permission.

External links, including LinkedIn and email services, are provided for convenience. Their providers control those services and their terms. We are not responsible for external content or availability.
